Shipping

Orders placed before 11am (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day or by the following working day at the latest.

Orders placed after 11am or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are beautifully gift wrapped for free if you select gift wrapping in your cart, so they’re ready to delight straight out of the box.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it at your own cost to:

Please note we don’t provide return labels. Be sure to include your name and order details in the parcel so we can process your return as smoothly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo and your order number to hello@cassiopeiagifts.co.uk. We’ll do our best to replace the item, or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
